Birmingham’s Hidden Spaces is returning in June for a month of exhibitions, events and talks around some of the city’s most impressive and beloved architecture. At the heart of this year’s programme will be a week long exhibition held in the Methodist Central Hall on Corporation Street, which many will know as the Q Club. The exhibition will be open daily from the 17th to the 26th of June, 10am - 4pm.
Hidden Spaces was started in 2013 as a collaboration between Birmingham based Associated Architects, the Birmingham Post and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Under pinning everything the project does is a fantastic body of photography captured by Birmingham Post photographers. Selected images from this impressive archive will be put on display alongside a feature on the history of the Methodist Central Hall, compiled by Birmingham based Urbanist Ally Standing.
June events are going live over the coming days, make sure you keep your eyes peeled. We've already released tickets for a number of amazing events, to get tickets please click here.
